COURSE OVERVIEW:
An Integrated Tool Carrier is a self-propelled, articulated wheeled machine that uses a parallel-lift linkage system with interchangeable attachments such as forks, jib, bucket, and more. Although an Integrated Tool Carrier and a Wheel Loader can perform most of the same tasks, an Integrated Tool Carrier’s primary purpose is its versatility on a construction site. Some of its distinct advantages include unloading trucks with the forks, placing pipes into trenches with the jib, and loading soil into a truck with the bucket. For an Integrated Tool Carrier to be used economically and safely, the operator must receive adequate training. This course focuses on the skills and knowledge required to Conduct Operations with Integrated Tool Carrier in the Resources and Infrastructure Industries.
