Personal information identifies an individual. TSM Training Solutions collects the following Personal Information: names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and copies of driver’s licence.

We obtain your Personal Information in various ways including interviews, correspondence, telephone, email, our website, your website, media and publications, and other publicly available sources including cookies and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

The reason we collect your Personal Information is for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and for marketing objectives. Your Personal Information may also be used for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

TSM Training Solutions Pty Ltd will not charge any fees for your access request but may charge an administrative fee if you request a copy of your Personal Information.
