Anthony Bonello
Director
Anthony is the founder and director of TSM Training Solutions and possesses over 15 years of experience in managing, operating and training within the Civil, Mining, Construction and Auction industry.Anthony first worked as a Yardman for an earthmoving auction company and quickly progressed to a Yard Manager. He managed the day to day operations and supervised yard staff and contractors.
Years later, Anthony became an All-round Operator for a number of large civil projects and mine sites throughout Western Australia and Queensland. He mastered his skills operating Dozers, Wheeled Dozers, Loaders, Graders, Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders, Loader/Backhoes and more. Anthony's last position in the mining sector was a crew trainer.
Anthony's passion for providing guidance, support and training has led to the creation of TSM Training Solutions. Built on the back of love and admiration for the industry, Anthony is excited about providing a quality service to people looking to upskill their credentials or start an exciting new career.
Peter Bonello
Senior - Trainer & Assessor
Peter brings over 40 years of experience in operating, training and managing within the Quarry & Security industry.He first worked for a large quarry in Victoria as a Control Room Operator and an All-round Operator, where he quickly progressed to become a Quarry Manager. Peter was then transferred to Queensland where he ran his own quarry and managed the day to day operations.
Peter decided to change his direction and explore the security industry. He worked as a Security Officer, Crowd Controller, Dog Handler, Armed Guard, and Private Body Guard. Over the years, Peter has owned and managed successful security companies.
Excited and enthusiastic, Peter strives to pass on the experience and knowledge he has gained over the years, to students who are keen on working within the security industry.
A true team player and a valuable member to the TSM Training Solutions team, his dedicated approach has left students feeling accomplished, motivated and rewarded.
